Terms of use

1. All services provided by MrLead.com (also referred to as MrLead.com) may be used for lawful purposes only. The subscriber (customer) agrees to indemnify and hold harmless MrLead.com from any claims resulting from the use of the service which damages the subscriber or any other parties. Further, this system's only purpose is to assign leads. No representations or warranties are made as to the suitability of a particular lead for a particular offering.

2. All payments must be in US Dollars. The subscriber is responsible for prepaying for all services provided. All fees are non-refundable.

3. The subscriber agrees MrLead.com has the right to delete all data that is stored in the subscriber’s account if the subscriber’s account with MrLead.com is terminated, for any reason.

4. Leads are not stored online permanently. They can be removed from the subscriber report at any time but generally will be available in the report systemfor a period of at least 45 days.

5. System accounts cannot be transferred or used by anyone other than the subscriber. Accounts which have been transferred to other parties, or show other activity in violation of this paragraph, are subject to immediate cancellation.

6. MrLead.com shall have the right to suspend service to the subscriber at any time, and for any reason, without notice. No refund will be given if a suspension occurs during an active rotation.

7. Subscriber understands that a valid email address is required by MrLead.com for this service. MrLead.com will NOT give your email address to any 3rd party. Any correspondence sent to you comes directly from MrLead.com .

8. MrLead.com makes no warranties of any kind (other than those expressly stated elsewhere on this site), whether expressed or implied, for the service it is providing. MrLead.com also disclaims any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. MrLead.com will not be held liable for any damage suffered. This includes, but is not limited to: loss of data resulting from delays, nondeliveries, misdeliveries, or service interruptions caused by MrLead.com 's negligence or the subscriber's errors or omissions. Use of any information obtained via MrLead.com is at subscribers own risk. MrLead.com will not be held liable for the accuracy or quality of information obtained through its services except as stated elsewhere on this website. Further, if there is any law in the state that you reside that prohibits you from using 3rd party lead generation systems for your business and you decide to use this system to generate leads, we are held harmless from any action the state decides to take against your business.

9. MrLead.com DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED. THE SERVICE IS DISTRIBUTED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY AS TO THE QUALITY OF THE LEAD OR THE ACCURACY OF THE INFORMATION PRESENTED BY ANY LEAD. WE ONLY GUARANTEE THE DELIVERY OF THE NUMBER OF LEADS PURCHASED. ANY ADJUSTMENTS ARE AT OUR DISCRETION AND ARE HANDLED BY A CREDIT ONLY. MrLead.com WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSSES, DAMAGES OR COSTS THAT YOU AND/OR YOUR BUSINESS MAY SUFFER WHEN USING THE SERVICE. YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS MrLead.com FROM ANY CLAIMS RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF SERVICE. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT USE OF SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. NEITHER MrLead.com NOR ITS SERVICE PROVIDERS, AGENTS, LICENSORS, EMPLOYEES SHALL HAVE ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES SUFFERED BY YOU OR ANY OTHER PARTY AS A RESULT OF THE USE OR MISUSE OF THE SERVICE.

10. MrLead.com is in no way involved in the MLM or business opportunity business. Our only activity is as a lead generation service. We cannot give business or legal advise related to any aspect of your particular business or industry.

11. Should any provision of this agreement be held to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable by a court of law, the legality, validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of this agreement shall remain unaffected thereby unless otherwise stated.

12. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America.

13. These Terms and Conditions supersede all previous representations, understandings or agreements and shall prevail notwithstanding any variance with terms and conditions of any order submitted. Use of MrLead.com 's service constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
