Scope

This policy describes information handled when you visit the public website or submit a contact, buyer or supplier inquiry. The website also describes our lead-data business. Consumer records obtained from suppliers and data delivered under separate business agreements are distinct from information submitted through these public forms. If your request concerns a consumer lead record, explain that through Contact without including sensitive information.

Information you provide

The Contact form asks for your name, email address, optional company and message. Buyer and supplier inquiry forms may also collect phone number, preferred contact channel, vertical, geography, lead age, quantity, token requirements, source information, volume, asking price and other details you choose to supply. Required fields are identified on the forms. Please do not submit consumer lists, financial account information, identity documents or other sensitive information through them.

How submissions are used and stored

We use submissions to respond, evaluate buyer requirements or supplier inventory, and keep a record of the conversation. Submissions are stored in our private business workspace, and an email notification containing the message and contact details is sent to us. The public form does not add your submission to a consumer lead file for delivery to a buyer.

Technical information and cookies

Contact and inquiry pages use a necessary session cookie to protect forms, retain submission references and handle retries. The cookie does not contain the message itself. The form service uses a hashed IP address and submission timestamps to limit abuse. Hosting services may also record request information such as IP address, requested URL, time and errors for website operation and security.

We currently use no analytics or advertising pixels on the public website. The current public pages do not load third-party advertising or analytics scripts. You can control cookies in your browser; blocking the session cookie prevents the forms from working correctly.

Service providers and access

Our hosting, database and email services process information needed to operate the website, store messages and deliver notifications. Authorized business users can access correspondence in the private workspace. Information may also need to be disclosed when required by applicable law or a valid legal process.

Retention and security

Messages are retained in the business workspace and email records; the current form software does not automatically delete them after a fixed period. Session and abuse-control records are separate from those business records. You may request deletion through Contact. Applicable recordkeeping requirements and the need to resolve an ongoing matter may affect what can be deleted.

The forms use HTTPS, session protections and restricted access to private storage. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

We may need to verify your identity before providing information or making changes. Available rights and any applicable exceptions depend on the law relevant to your request.
